Pawpaw is a seasonal fruit harvested from late August to mid-October.
For General Customers
At our store in Kyoto, Popo Gardens pawpaws are available for purchase within the Kintetsu Railways service area. For mail orders, since pawpaws ripen quickly after harvesting, we ship immediately after harvest via cool delivery (refrigerated). Please be sure to track your package and receive it promptly.
We offer two sizes:
- S size (4–6 fruits) ¥3,000 (tax included) + shipping & handling
- L size (5–7 fruits) ¥5,000 (tax included) + shipping & handling (Size varies depending on the fruit. Payment is by cash on delivery only.)
※ Pre-orders are accepted from late July. ※ As this is a fresh food product, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
For Restaurants & Cafés
In addition to retail and mail-order sales, we also welcome inquiries from restaurants, cafés, and other food service businesses. For those who would like to grow their own pawpaws, we also sell seeds, grafted trees, and seedlings at our orchard. Most of our grafted trees are grown from trees imported from the United States, which are difficult to obtain in Japan, so the original characteristics of each variety are preserved.

About Pesticides & Fertilizers
We use naturally derived neem oil, HB-101, chicken manure, and cattle manure. We avoid strong chemical fertilizers and pesticides during the growing season, cultivating in a natural environment where frogs can live.
